  记者从全国总工会了解到,今年将于4月28日召开五一表彰大会,表彰全国五一劳动奖状255个、全国五一劳动奖章1088个、全国工人先锋号1034个。

  今年的五一表彰全面贯彻党的二十大精神和全国两会精神,充分发挥评选表彰的重要导向作用,有以下几个突出特点:

  注重推荐发展新质生产力的对象

  在常规表彰对象中,有48.6%的奖状、33.7%的奖章、35.5%的先锋号属于发展新质生产力的对象。其中,长三角地区尤为突出,如,上海市57.1%的奖状、江苏省48.8%的先锋号、浙江省47.2%的奖章、安徽省57.7%的奖章属于发展新质生产力的对象。

  向现代化产业体系等重点产业倾斜

  在常规表彰对象中,有84.4%的奖状、71.4%的奖章、74.9%的先锋号属于二十大报告强调的产业或本地区的重点产业。

  面向基层、面向一线、面向普通劳动者,向产业工人倾斜

  在常规表彰的奖章对象中,产业工人380名,占40.3%,高出规定比例5.3个百分点;其他一线职工和专业技术人员236名,占25.0%,高出规定比例5.0个百分点;科教人员206名,占21.9%,高出规定比例1.9个百分点。企业负责人和县处级干部都在控制数内,其中,企业负责人45名,占4.8%,比分配名额少7名;县处级干部19人,不少单位没有推荐县处级干部。先锋号中,班组(科室)有753个,占78.8%,高出规定比例8.8个百分点。

  注意涵盖各个行业、各个群体

  常规表彰对象包括19个行业大类,以制造业、电力、燃气、建筑业、交通运输、信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业等相关行业为多。奖章人选覆盖了19个民族,有少数民族76人,占8.1%;中共党员685名,占72.6%,民主党派35名,无党派人士25名;女性209人,占22.2%。在表彰的奖状单位和先锋号集体中,企业979个,占83.4%;党政机关、事业单位和社会团体等190个,占16.2%。

  重视选树非公企业先进典型和新就业形态劳动者

  评选通知要求,非公企业比例不低于35%。实际在常规表彰对象中,奖状、奖章和先锋号非公比例分别占44.0%、39.0%、40.3%,高出规定比例9.0、4.0和5.3个百分点。评选通知要求注意推荐新就业形态劳动者等群体,实际在常规表彰的奖章对象中,新就业形态劳动者有39人。

  注重发挥单列名额的激励作用

  今年单列了37个奖状、145个奖章、78个先锋号名额,用于表彰全国职工职业技能竞赛优胜者和在组织国家重大活动、处理突发应急事件中涌现的先进集体和个人。

  此外,农民工已经成为产业工人的主体,今年共表彰农民工172人,占18.2%,比重再创新高。各单位还积极推荐了货车司机、快递员、外卖配送员等一批新就业形态劳动者先进典型,占今年奖章对象的4.1%,为这一新兴群体选树了榜样。
